Everything you need to know before trusting us with your business.

Yes. PayZaa never holds your funds directly. All payments are processed through licensed gateways — Orchard and Paystack — and deposited to your registered mobile money wallet. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit.

PayZaa is a registered software product built by a Ghana-registered business. Our payment processing is handled by Orchard and Paystack, both of which are licensed payment service providers regulated in Ghana and across Africa.

PayZaa is built and owned by Eliosof, a software company based in Ghana. We are a team of African developers building financial tools designed specifically for African market conditions — mobile money, informal retail, and local languages.

We support MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money — the three major mobile money networks in Ghana. Customers can also pay via payment links on any device. Card payments are coming soon.

You can reach us via email at support@payzaa.eliosof.com, or through the in-app chat. We typically respond within a few hours on business days. Emergency support is available for payment issues 7 days a week.

The app is free to download and use. PayZaa earns a small transaction fee on mobile money payments processed through the platform — similar to how your bank charges a fee. Cash sales, team management, AI insights and all other features are completely free.
